NBA Player Props are back for January 6th!
First and foremost, Happy New Year! It’s 2021! This is my daily article breaking down the 3 best player props to bet each and every night of the NBA season. I’ll keep track of my record as the season progresses. Please check us out on Twitter @CallingOurShot for record recaps and live updates.
Note: I am using the lines set by FanDuel Sportsbook. Also, these are just my thoughts and opinions. I am not responsible for any loss of money, or broken items in rage.
Season Recap: 26-16
Last night was not our best. The ball didn’t bounce our way and we went 0-3. I should’ve guessed that would happen as we are 42 picks deep into the season: in the first 21 picks we went 13-8. Next 21 picks, 13-8 again. I’d love to keep up that consistency, but we must bounce back tonight. NBA Player Props have been making us money all year and I don’t plan on stopping now.
Let’s get into it!
Jerami Grant Over 18.5 points (-108) vs. Bucks
The disrespect! Jerami has taken on the biggest offensive load of his career and he has produced! Scoring 22+ points in 6 straight games including 24 on January 4th against this very Bucks team. He’s literally all the Pistons have to score points and he will need to do plenty of that to keep the Pistons in the game. I am betting on him to get 16-20 shots and he should be able to get us 19 points at the least. Lock it in.
Bam Adebayo Over 16.5 points (-122) vs. Celtics
We took this same bet for Bam a couple days ago and he treated us nicely. Adebayo has had a great start to his season offesnviely, averaging 19.2 points per game. Adebayo has improved and hit this over in 5 of 6 games. I am not scared of the Celtics defensively. Tristan Thompson, Daniel Theis, or Robert Williams won’t be able to stop Bam from scoring. I like this line much better at 16.5 but if it moves up to 17.5, I would still take it. This game should be close and Bam will get us the points we need. Book it!
De’Andre Hunter Over 12.5 points (-126) vs. Hornets
Hunter has been quietly good all year. With recent injuries, Hunter has been asked to take on more of an offensive load, scoring 23, 17 and 23 points in their last 3 games. Hunter has scored 11+ points in every single game this year, and I think he should easily be able to get up to 13 points tonight. Similar to Bam, if this line shifts, that is fine. He can get the extra point with ease against this Hornets team that struggles to guard wings.
Those are my 3 favorite NBA player props to bet on January 6th. Here’s to hoping we bank together!
