NFL Divisional Round Predictions: Bucs beat the Saints

NFL Divisional Round

NFL Divisional Round Predictions are here. The NFL Regular Season has come and gone, but the most exciting time of the year is here: The NFL Playoffs.

The NFL Divisional Round will provide us with some entertaining matchups! We have Bills vs. Ravens, Chiefs vs. Browns and much more! Last weekend, the Super Wild Card Round produced some great games and upsets. The Rams took care of the Seahawks, and the Browns spanked the Steelers in the first quarter and held on to advance to the Divisional Round. We are here to preview each game and give you our NFL Playoff Predictions for what will be the outcome of each matchup. Let’s hop right into the first game in the Divisional Round:  Rams at Packers.

Saturday NFL Playoff Games:

4:35PM: Rams at Packers (-6.5), O/U: 45.5

It is yet to be decided on who will start at quarterback for the Los Angeles Rams, but I don’t think it will matter that much. The Rams defense is amazing. They are the reason they are even in the Divisional Round, but Aaron Rodgers is the MVP of the league and he will find a way to get it done and win at home. I believe this game will be closer than some people think. This Rams defense will keep ’em in the game in a low scoring, freezing football game.

Score Prediction: Packers 21 – Rams 13

8:15PM: Ravens at Bills (-2.5), O/U: 50.5

Lamar Jackson is coming off his first career playoff win. Something he desperately needed. This weekend he makes it two. Lamar and the Ravens are rolling, winning 7 straight games. The Bills didn’t look great last week against the Colts and I think Josh Allen is going to struggle against this Ravens defense. I expect a lower scoring game as the Ravens pound the rock. Give me the Ravens in a minor upset to make it to the AFC Championship and take down the Bills in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs.

Score Prediction: Ravens 27 – Bills 21

Sunday NFL Playoff Games:

3:05PM: Browns at Chiefs (-10), O/U: 57.5

Oh man, if the Browns show up with the same defense as they did in the second half against the Steelers, this game will be over before you know it. I expect the Browns to put up a decent showing, but they won’t be able to stop Mahomes and his crew. Chiefs will win this game and they will win big and move on to the AFC Championship game against the Ravens.

Score Prediction: Chiefs 38 – Browns 24

6:40PM: Buccaneers at Saints (-3), O/U: 52

It’s very hard to beat a team 3 times in one season, at least that’s what people say. The Buccaneers are going to have to play better than they did on Super Wild Card weekend against Washington and I think they will. They are motivated to show this Saints team just what they are made of. Tom Brady has them playing hard, and I am not convinced an aging Drew Brees can lead his team to the NFC Championship. Say what you want about Brady’s age, but he has 9 playoff wins since turning 39 years old. Drew Brees has 9 CAREER playoff wins. Give me Brady and the Buccaneers in an upset.

Score Prediction: Buccaneers 28 – Saints 24

And those are my NFL Divisional Round Predictions for this weekend. I will be back next week to breakdown the AFC & NFC Conference Championship next weekend.

Good luck to your team if they are playing this weekend! Hopefully we are treated to some entertaining, action-packed football!
