NBA Player Props for Tuesday, January 19th are here!
This is my daily article breaking down the 3 best player props to bet each and every night of the NBA season. I’ll keep track of my record as the season progresses. Please check us out on Twitter @CallingOurShot for recaps and live updates.
Note: I am using the lines set by FanDuel Sportsbook. Also, these are just my thoughts and opinions. I am not responsible for any loss of money, or broken items in rage… we’ve all been there.
Season Record: 50-32
We have a very limited slate with just two games of NBA Basketball tonight. However, we will still find some winning plays! We are winning on over 60% of our player props bets. Let’s keep the train rolling. NBA Player Props have been making us money all year and I don’t plan on stopping now.
Let’s get into it!
Zion Williamson Over 21.5 Points (-114) vs. Jazz
Zion has been living in the paint all year. This Jazz team gives up the 9th most points in the paint in the league. I am not scared of Rudy Gobert down low. He can’t jump with Zion, nor is he quick enough to keep up with him. If Zion is able to get up his usual 15-20 shot attempts, he should have no issue getting us over 22 points. Zion would never let us down. Lock it in!
Royce O’Neale Under 6.5 Points (-108) vs. Pelicans
Rolls Royce! Royce O’Neale is a fan favorite (not really). Tonight, he will be tasked of guarding Brandon Ingram or Zion Williamson and that could quickly result in foul trouble. Either way, Royce O’Neale doesn’t score that many points. He rarely gets shot attempts thanks to Mitchell, Conley and Bogdanovic. Tonight will be another instance of that. Take Royce’s under and don’t think twice!
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 19.5 Points (-122) vs. Nuggets
This is disrespectful. You know the rules: “When Shai’s O/U is 19.5, you take the over every single time. When it is 22.5, you take the under every time.” His constant player prop should be 21.5, and it is not that. SGA should be able to score easily against this Nuggets defense that gives up the 3rd most points per game to opposing Point Guards. SGA fits the bill and he should be able to get us 20 points. Lock it in!
