Season Record: 62-40
3-0 yesterday. Let’s keep the train rolling. NBA Player Prop Bets have been making us money all year and I don’t plan on stopping now. Let’s hop into my Monday NBA Player Props!
Kevin Durant Over 27.5 Points (-106) vs. Heat
I am surprised to see Durant’s line so low after his start to the season. Durant is averaging 31.2 points per game, and he’s the only one of the Big 3 (Durant, Irving, Harden) that is guaranteed to get his shots no matter what. Also, Durant is fresh off dropping 31 against this Heat team on Saturday. With Jimmy Butler out, the Heat do not have a player that can get near to matching up with Durant. He will be a constant mismatch that the Nets will exploit night in and night out. I expect more of the same tonight with another Durant 30 piece. Lock it in!
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 21.5 Points (-116) vs. Trail Blazers
SGA has been in a groove recently scoring 23+ points in 3 of his last 4 games. He’s finally taking more shots and he should see plenty of those tonight. Also, The Blazers give up the most points per game to opposing point guards (29.12 ppg). Shai is known for driving and finishing in traffic. The Blazers do not have a shot blocker down low. SGA should be able to fill it up again tonight against the Blazers in a high scoring game. Usually, I try to stay away from SGA whenever his player prop gets this high, but this matchup is too friendly to pass up. Expect another big night from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander as he tries to keep his Thunder in this game.
James Wiseman Over 12.5 Points (-112) vs. Timberwolves
James Wismen has scored 15+ points in 3 straight games. Up next on his schedule: the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Timberwolves give up 25.43 points per game to opposing centers (the second most in the league). The Timberwolves will focus on stopping Curry, leaving plenty of wide open lanes for Wiseman to take off. The only thing that could stop this is if Andrew Wiggins is getting his in his revenge game. Wouldn’t put it past Wiggins. However, 13 points is low enough for me to be confident in Wiseman. He will get it done tonight.
