NBA DFS Lineup for February 16th

This is my daily article giving you my favorite lineup to play in NBA DFS (Daily Fantasy) on FanDuel specifically. If you use any other platform, feel free to try to copy mine to there. I try to pick my favorite value plays, which is one of the most important ways to cash out big when you are playing in tournament settings.

Let’s get into my perfect lineup for February 16th! We post daily NBA player props and spread bets that we like everyday. Find those linked below as well as on our ‘NBA Betting’ Tab on our website. Let’s get into some NBA DFS value plays!

Point Guards:

Chris Paul ($7800): Chris Paul has been up and down when it comes to NBA DFS this year, but tonight should be another up. Playing against the Brooklyn Nets, this game means a little more to the Suns. Chris Paul should come out firing on all cylinders to help his Suns team get the W.

Kemba Walker ($6200): Kemba Walker should not be priced this low. I know, he’s been terrible this year, but he’s coming off the best game of the season with 25 points. He now gets a matchup against the Nuggets who don’t defend opposing guards particularly well. Kemba is fully capable of a 40+ FP night which is what you need to cash out in tournament leagues.

Shooting Guards:

Anthony Edwards ($6000): The #1 Pick is in my NBA DFS lineup for the first time. With D-Lo out, Edwards has picked up the slack. He’s had 30+ fantasy points in 4 of is past 5 games. He’s shooting the ball much more efficiently. He should be able to get plenty of shots up against this Lakers team missing AD.

Donte DiVincenzo ($5100): In what projects to be a high scoring game between the Bucks and Raptors, I am riding with Donte. He’s been inconsistent but you can always count on him to get his shots up. With Jrue Holiday still out, there are more shot opportunities out there for him. He’s a risk, but I will bet on him tonight. I also considered LuGuentz Dort here around the same price, but he will likely be guarding Damian Lillard and I didn’t want to risk the foul trouble.

Small Forwards:

Michael Porter Jr. ($5500): This lineup tonight has a lot of risk baked into it, but that’s how you win a tournament in DFS. MPJ is as risky as they get. He could hit us with 15 or 40+. No way around it. I like the matchup against the Celtics who have a weak second unit. I expect MPJ to capitalize.

Kyle Anderson ($6500): Kyle Anderson has been good to us recently. The last time he played the Pelicans, he returned 40.8 fantasy points. I expect another outing like that as Kyle has put up 30+ FP in 5 straight games.

Power Forwards:

Kyle Kuzma ($5800): There won’t be many more popular plays than Kuzma tonight. With AD out, Kuzma figures to see increased minutes. He was already playing very well with AD lineup, so I (and the rest of the DFS community) expects that to continue this week.

Giannis Antetokounmpo ($11200):  Saved up all of our money for the Greek Freak. Giannis always seems to go off against the Raptors which is why he is one of my favorite NBA Player Props to bet on tonight. He has had 65+ FP in 3 straight games, and he should make that 4 straight against a Raptors team with no rim protection.

Center:

Montrezl Harrell ($5900): Similar rationale to the Kuzma, but Harrell will see increased minutes with AD out. There aren’t many good centers out there in DFS priced as well as Harrell. Even though he doesn’t start, he should see 25-30 minutes tonight against one of the worst defenses in the league. Get him into your lineup.

That’s my NBA DFS Perfect Lineup for tonight. Let me know on Twitter @CallingOurShot if you think I should have a different player in my lineup.
