I am here to give you some NBA Betting tips: my 3 Spreads to bet for Monday, February 22nd. This is a daily article, along with my NBA Player Props. Let’s dive in.

NBA Best Bets Season Recap: 43-30

Back to back 3-0 nights. Let’s see how we can do tonight! A jam-packed NBA slate. Let’s get into my favorite spreads to bets to make!

9:10 PM: Hornets at Jazz (-12), O/U: 228

Pick: Over 228

The total has gone over in 6 of Charlotte’s last 7 games on the road and 12 of their last 17 games overall. These teams combined for 259 points on February 5^th. No reason they can’t get to 230 tonight. Both play fast, and I expect a high scoring game in Utah.

9:10PM: Heat (-5) at Thunder, O/U: 212

Pick: Under 212

These teams matched up earlier this year and struggled to score 208 points. I don’t even expect them to get to that number as both teams continue to struggle to score the basketball. One of these teams is not breaking 100 points tonight, it might even be both teams when it’s all said and done.

9:10 PM: Blazers at Suns (-6), O/U: 230.5

Pick: Over 230.5

The Phoenix Suns have scored over 124+ PPG in 3 straight. They are shooting the ball at a crazy percentage these past few games. The Blazers don’t play much defense, but they play fast and shoot the ball well. The Blazers and Damian Lillard will put up enough points to hit the over.
