Let’s get into my NBA Best Prop Bets and Spreads of the Day!

NBA Best Bets Season Record: 229-182-1 (+38.6 units)

29-16-1 run over the last 7 days. Let’s stay hot!

DeMar DeRozan Over 7.5 Assists

DeRozan has been playing exceptionally well as the Spurs’ glorified point guard. With 11+ assists in 5 of 7 games, all we need is 8, something doesn’t feel right. The Hornets give up the most assists per game to opposing teams, and specifically, 9.8 APG to opposing point guards. I know, DeRozan is not a point guard, but he plays like it. The last time these two teams played, DeRozan had 9 assists. I expect more of the same. DeRozan cruises to this player prop over and heck, he might even earn his way into the longshot parlay of the day.

Collin Sexton Over 25.5 Points

Sexton is playing out of his mind lately 29+ points in 3 straight games, and now he gets about as good of a matchup as he can get. Regardless of if you list Sexton as the PG or SG, the Kings give up the 4th most PPG to opposing point guards and shooting guards in the NBA. They are the only team that ranks top 4 in both of them, and Sexton and Garland should take full advantage of that tonight.

Jarrett Allen Over 11.5 Rebounds

When looking through The Fro’s game-log, you see he hasn’t been hitting this line recently, 6 straight games in fact, but that changes tonight, but prior to that, he would’ve hit it in 4 of 5 games. I take the over tonight as a matchup play, and there’s no better matchup for center’s and rebounds than a matchup against the Kings. The Kings give up 16.82 RPG to opposing centers, and they have given up some notable statlines to that position as of last. In their last game, they allowed Tony Bradley and Dwight Howard combined for 21. They also let Alex Len snag 12. They let Daniel Theis and Robert Williams combined for 19, and that was with Jaylen having 11. All in all, I am rocking with Allen due to have a great matchup. One that he can exploit on the boards.

Coby White Under Points if you have one

Coby has failed to break double digits in 4 of his past 5 games (coincidentally that is when he was moved out of the starting lineup to the bench). Now he runs up against a Jazz team that allows the 4th fewest points to opposing point guards, and 4th fewest to opposing shooting guards. However you draw it up, it doesn’t bode well for Coby. We are riding with his under tonight against this Utah squad.

Pacers Team Total Under 111.5 Points

The Pacers are one of the streakiest shooting teams in the NBA. I was looking at the over/under and decided to look into it deeper going all the way back to 2018. Since then, the Bucks and Pacers have matched up 13 times. In this games, the Pacers have managed to score 112 points in just 2 of them. Not only that, the Pacers are averaging just 93 points per game over that stretch. If the over for this game is going to hit, I would expect it to be a big Bucks blowout, as we saw when these teams combined for 240 points on February 3rd (final score was 130-110 Bucks) and even then did the over not hit for the Pacers. I am locking in the under for the Indiana Pacers, say no more.

Celtics-1 vs. Grizzlies

Sure, the numbers go against this play. Are the Celtics 7-15 ATS on the road this season? Yeah. 7-13 ATS after a win, that too, but you know what, I don’t care. The Celtics and their team meeting stepped up big and got a win over the Magic by 16. That was a must win game and so is tonight. They can’t take their foot off the gas pedal now. Memphis is about as streaky as the come. One night they lost by 15 to the Warriors, the next night they beat them by 8. Not much makes since around here, but what does make sense is that Boston is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games.

Spurs-5 vs. Hornets

This is a gut call. The Spurs have been playing much better lately winning 3 of their last 4 that were all road games. Now they return to San Antonio and welcome in the Charlotte Hornets. Sad news of the day is that LaMelo Ball will be out (potentially for the rest of the season with a fractured wrist). I think this injury will be bigger than people think. The Hornets relied on Ball to initiate some offense and push the tempo of the ball (so I will lean the under), but I do believe the Spurs led by DeMar DeRozan get the win and the cover at home. Charlotte is  3-17 SU in their last 20 games against San Antonio, and further into that, Charlotte is 1-12 SU in their last 13 games when on the road in San Antonio.

Parlay of the Day:

Record: 5-6 (+9.75 units)

Celtics ML, Pacers Under 111.5, Jarrett Allen 10+ Rebounds +365

Longshot Parlay of the Day:

Record: 1-8 (+1 units)

DeRozan 10+ Assists +260, Jarrett Allen 14+ Rebounds, Pacers Under 111.5 (+1838)

For my DFS fans out there, this is the lineup I will be rocking:

PG: Darius Garland, Ricky Rubio

SG: DeMar DeRozan, Collin Sexton

SF: Jaylen Brown, Larry Nance Jr.

PF: Pascal Siakam, Royce O’Neale

C: Jarrett Allen

Those are my NBA Best Prop Bets and spreads for Monday, March 22nd.  Here’s to hoping we bank together.
