Let’s get into my NBA Best Prop Bets and Spreads of the Day!

NBA Best Prop Bets Record: 252-208-1 (+34.3 units)

Here is today’s slate!

Zion Williamson Over 27.5 Points

Zion is averaging nearly 34 PPG over his past 4 games. Boston has allowed the 6th most points in the paint over their last 10 games. Sure, Robert Williams will be playing, but a shot blocking center has not stopped Zion in the past (see his matchups against Rudy Gobert). The last time these two teams played, Zion had 28. They should look for him early and often and he’s been playing as a point forward these last couple games. No one on the Celtics can stay in front of him once he gets his shoulder around them. We are locking in Zion tonight.

De’Aaron Fox Over 27.5 Points

This man is on fire. De’Aaron Fox is lighting up the league so we are going to keep riding this train until it falls off. 30+ points in 4 straight games. 36+ points in 3 straight. He’s been playing out of his mind and now he gets a great matchup against the San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs give up the 6th most PPG to opposing point guards at just over 26. They have struggled guarding that positions, and they also don’t have an elite rim protecting center when Fox gets downhill (no disrespect Jakob Poetl). The last time these two teams played (albeit it was in the Bubble), Fox dropped 39 points. Let’s keep it rolling, De’Aaron.

DeMar DeRozan Over 33.5 PRAs

This is a tad above his average on the year which is 31.8 PRAs but here is why: The Kings are the worst defensive team in the league. Against teams ranked in the bottom 10 of defensive efficiency, DeRozan has feasted. He is averaging over 37.1 PRAs, and has hit this over in 10/12 games. His median PRA is 39.5 during those 12 games. Like I spoke about with Fox, these teams played back in the bubble and DeRozan hit them with 27, 5 and 10, a quick and easy 42 PRA. I expect more of the same tonight in a high scoring matchup.

James Harden Over 10.5 Assists (-120) vs. Timberwolves

Over their last 15 games, the Timberwolves are giving up over 11 assists per game to opposing point guards. We’ve seen other point guards light up the Timberwolves, just recently: John Wall: 12 and 15 assists in back to back games. Kyrie Irving should be back and in games that Irving plays in, he averages 11.3 APG. He hasn’t hit this number consistently over the last few weeks, but this matchup is too good to pass up. I would also consider his under in points. I know, it is sketchy but he only averages 23 PPG when Irving is active. He becomes much more of a facilitator for his teammates. Obviously, he could drop 30 in a half, but the under looks tempting.

Props I would consider: Valanciunas Rebounds Over, James Harden’s Under in Points, Russell Westbrook Over in Rebounds,

Heat/Knicks Under 208

Am I surprised to see the O/U so low for this game, absolutely not. Both of these teams are among the best at defense in the NBA. That can be summarized by looking at the score the last time these two teams played. 98-96. Neither team broke 100 points, and we could see that same story again today. Both teams pride themselves on defense, and we should see that on full display again today.

Grizzlies-5 at Rockets

This is assuming Christian Wood sits (which it is trending that direction). If Wood is out, this Rockets team becomes the one that lost 21 straight games. They have no hope. The last time these two teams played, the Grizzlies won by 49 points. While it shouldn’t be that extreme, they should win and cover easily.

Baylor vs. Arkansas Under 148.5 Points

I won’t let an odds boost go away without fading it. FanDuel has ‘Baylor ML and 149 scored’ boosted from +150 to +180 and while I expect Baylor to win this game, it means they can’t get near this over. Hammer the under. Baylor plays great defense and they have not hit this over in all of their tournament games thus far. Take the under.

Parlay of the Day:

Baylor/Arkansas Under 148.5 Points, De’Aaron Fox Over 27.5 Points, Zion Williamson Over 27.5 Points +579

Longshot Parlay of the Day:

De’Aaron Fox and Zion Williamson both 35+ points:+1800

My DFS Lineup for Saturday’s Action:

PG: De’Aaron Fox, Jordan Clarkson

SG: Tyrese Haliburton, DeMar DeRozan

SF: Saddiq Bey, OG Anunoby

PF: Zion Williamson, Trevor Ariza

C: Moses Brown

Those are my NBA Best Prop Bets and spreads for Monday, March 29th.  Here’s to hoping we bank together.
