Let’s get into my NBA Best Prop Bets and Spreads of the Day!
NBA Best Prop Bets Record: 275-235-1 (+32.9 units)
MLB Best Bets Record: 11-9 (+0.8 units)
Here is today’s slate!
Karl Anthony Towns Over 11.5 Rebounds
Over their last 15 games, the Sacramento Kings are giving up 18.69 rebounds per game to opposing centers, the most in the league. Karl Anthony-Towns has been on a hot streak recently with 12+ rebounds in 6 straight and 14+ rebounds in 5 of those 6 games. I like this line up to 12.5, but he should hit it with ease tonight against the Kings.
Jerami Grant Under 7.5 Rebounds+Assists
This has been a line I have been looking out for the past week and it is one you should look at as well. It is -130 but we still appear to have an edge. In his last 12 games, Jerami has hit this over twice. 2-10 over that stretch and both times he landed exactly on 8. I am hoping tonight we get lucky, but the analytics are on our side. Can’t look much into this matchup against the Thunder, but it should be a slower paced game, which bodes well for these statistics.
De’Aaron Fox Over 26.5 Points
After that ridiculous stretch of 30+ points in 4 straight games including 3 straight games of 35+ points, Fox cooled off a little. With 3 straight games les than 24. However, he just hit 27 in his last game against the Bucks and now he has one of the best matchups in the NBA. Over their last 15 games, the Timberwolves have given up nearly 30 PPG to opposing point guards, easily the most in the league. If it means anything, the last time these teams played back on February 3rd, 2020, Fox had 31. Fox should be able to get it done tonight.
Chris Paul Over 8.5 Assists (-128)
Chris Paul has 12 and 14 assists in back to back games, but that’s not why we are here. It’s because of the matchup against the Houston Rockets. Over their past 15 games, the Rockets have been giving up 10.45 assists per game to opposing point guards. Last night, they gave up 9 to Lonzo. Before that, 10 to Marcus Smart (8 to Robert Williams and Kemba Walker each). 12 to Kyrie Irving. 8 to Morant. 12 and 15 to John Wall. You get the point. It’s a great matchup and we are taking it tonight.
Pistons-3 vs Thunder
This will be the first and probably last time that the Pistons are favorites on the road, but it’s for good reason. This Thunder team is not very good as they have lost their last 2 games by a combined 85 points. Is that bad? It’s not good. You could point to the Pistons losing their last game by 44 points, so you don’t love that. I think the Pistons are more talented, and thus I will take them to win and cover tonight on the road. Can’t blame ya if you want to stay away. This is going to be an ugly one.
Utah Jazz-5.5 vs. Mavericks
I hate betting on the Jazz, but this is a game they should win and cover. The Mavericks could be without Josh Richardson and Kristaps Porzingis. The Jazz should be fully healthy tonight. It is worth noting that the Jazz beat the Mavericks by double digits in each of their 2 games this year (although that was a back-to-back in January). The Jazz are the better team in my eyes, but I could see them losing on the backs of a 40 Point Luka Doncic night. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit.
Suns Team Total Over 114.5 Points
The Rockets have given up over 118 points in each of their past 4 games. The Suns are one of the most efficient offensive teams in the NBA shooting 49% from the field (2nd best in the league). I leaned the under in this game, but I think that’s because the Rockets will struggle to score the ball. The Suns should be able to hit their team total over against this swiss cheese defense of the Houston Rockets.
Parlay of the Day:
Chris Paul Over 8.5 Assists, Jerami Grant Under 7.5 Rebs+Asts, KAT Over 11.5 Rebounds +500
DFS Lineup:
De’Aaron Fox, Jordan McLaughlin, Anthony Edwards, Terence Davis, OG Anunoby, Buddy Hield, Jerami Grant, Dario Saric, Karl Anthony-Towns
MLB Props, Runlines, Over/Unders, NRFIs:
Reds -1.5 vs. Pirates
At the time of making this pick you get great value at +136. Don’t overthink this pick. Reds are coming off a series in which they absolutely smoked the cardinals. They put up a ton of runs and you have the pirates who are not as proficient in scoring. Reds bats are scorching led by Castellanos (currently with 2 HR and 5 RBI already).
Blue Jays ML vs. Rangers
Yankees vs. Orioles: Under 10 Runs.
NRFI in Twins vs Tigers
Michael Wacha Over Ks
Parlay of the Day:
