Let’s get into my NBA Best Prop Bets and Spreads of the Day!
NBA Best Prop Bets Record: 280-237-1 (+34.9 units)
MLB Best Bets Record: 15-10 (+3.8 units)
Here is today’s slate!
Bam Adebayo Over 4.5 Assists
Adebayo has been an assist machine lately, with 5+ assists in 17 of his last 22 games. The matchup against the Grizzlies is not scary one bit. These two teams played a couple weeks ago on March 17th and Bam had 6 assists then. He should continue hitting this number consistently. To add more into the fire, over their last 15 games, the Grizzlies have allowed the 3rd most assists to opposing centers per game. Lock it in.
Victor Oladipo Over 3.5 Assists
We are keeping it in Miami. Sure, this is a -160 play but a winner is a winner. 4.5 still works. In his two games with the Heat, he has had 5 assists in each and that has been on 23 and 29 minutes. He should continue to see more and more minutes per game and that should lead to better and better stats. Don’t think twice. Lock in the Oladipo over as well.
Jaylen Brown Over 21.5 Points
Brown’s point prop shouldn’t be this low. He has hit this point total in 9 of his past 12 games and now he gets a matchup against a Sixers team that he constantly exploits. In his last 3 matchups against Philadelphia, he has had 42, 26 and 32 points (the 42 and 26 happening this year). He’s been beasting and feasting against their defense and I expect that to once again continue tonight.
Joel Embiid Over 27.5 Points
Back to the same game, but now on Joel Embiid. This is a matchup play, and Embiid hates the Celtics. Robert Williams is their new starting center, and while he is better defensively than Daniel Theis or Tristan Thompson ever was, he won’t be able to stop the Process tonight. Over the last 4 games in which Embiid saw more than 23 minutes against this Celtics team, he scored no fewer than 37 points. They just feed him and he goes to work in the paint and at the free throw line. Sure, he’s coming back from injury but he still dropped 24 points in limited action and that was missing some free throws and shots that he normally makes. We take the over today.
Bulls+1.5 vs. Pacers
At this moment, it appears Brogdon and Sabonis will both be out and if that is the case, I like the Bulls more and more. They had lost 5 straight games, but then they got a big win against the Brooklyn Nets and they finally looked like a team. I expect them to build that into some momentum for a postseason push. They need to start winning games, and the Pacers just aren’t that good without those two players. We take the Bulls tonight, but not with a lot of confidence and only if Sabonis and Brogdon are truthfully out.
Lakers+2.5 vs. Raptors
Every time I bet against the Raptors, they show up to destroy my existence. Well we are doing it again. The Lakers need to beat teams that they have a chance again. Without LeBron and AD, they won’t beat the Bucks and Clippers teams of the NBA, but they’ve handled the teams they need to handle like the Kings, Magic and Cavaliers recently (and the Raptors fall into the same group of teams without VanVleet (projected out) and Kyle Lowry (already out)). I don’t love trusting the Lakers and their scrubs, but I will tonight.
Parlay of the Day:
Bam Adebayo Over 4.5 Assists, Jaylen Brown over 21.5 Points, Bulls+1.5 = +602
Long Shot Parlay of the Day:
Same as above, but throw in Lakers+2.5 and Bucks ML =+1733
MLB Props, Runlines, Over/Unders, NRFIs:
4-1 Yesterday, +600 Parlay of the Day cashes!
Twins ML vs. Tigers
The Twins absolutely whipped up on the Tigers in the first game of their series 15-6. Never in doubt. While I don’t think the lop sided victory will occur again, the Twins are simply the better team. Better pitching, bull pen and hitting. Take the Twins with confidence here .
Astros ML vs. Astros
Yankees vs. Orioles: Under 8 Runs
NRFI in Braves vs. Nationals
Max Scherzer Over in Strikeouts vs. Braves
Parlay of the Day (back-to-back?):
Those are my NBA & MLB Best Prop Bets and spreads for Tuesday, April 6th. Here’s to hoping we bank together.
